Kazakhstan Kazakhstan Project Site Map OverviewIn Kazakhstan, the government re-structuring resulted in extended delay in the start of the project. The GEF project activities commenced in late 2004, with the official project inception in March 2005. Four key wetland systems have been targeted for work under the SCWP in Kazakhstan.
